Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 to use Applydeck. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account — you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your profile accurate, since it is what we send to employers on your behalf.

Applydeck helps you find and apply for jobs. It can:

• Fill application forms from your profile.
• Match you to jobs, and write résumés, cover letters and answers with AI.
• Track your applications and run spoken mock interviews.

Features change as we improve them, and we may add, change or retire them. If we retire one you have paid credits for, we will make it right.

Content Applydeck generates can be inaccurate or incomplete. You decide what goes to an employer: review every résumé, letter, answer and filled form before you submit it. You are responsible for what you send, and it must describe you truthfully.

We are not an employer, a recruiter or an employment agency, and we do not promise interviews, offers or any hiring outcome. Job listings come from third parties; we do not vouch for them or for the employers behind them.

• Pricing — some features spend credits, and each shows its price before you use it.
• Buying — credits are bought on the web through Stripe or in the app through the App Store or Google Play, or given to you by someone else. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Refunds — purchases through the App Store or Google Play follow that store’s refund process. If a feature fails to deliver what it charged for, contact us and we will return the credits.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent who you are or your experience.
• Use Applydeck to spam employers or break a job site’s own rules.
• Scrape, resell, reverse engineer or overload the service, or get around its limits or security.
• Share your account, or use it for anything unlawful.

What you add — your profile, résumés and documents — stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Applydeck for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. What Applydeck generates for you is yours to use.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings on the web or in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Credits left on an account closed for breaking these terms are not refunded.

Applydeck is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms as Applydeck changes. If a change is material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email or in the app. Using Applydeck after that means you accept the new terms.
